How Does Coaching Work?

Coaching is provided via telephone and e-mail. Your one-on-one coaching session usually lasts 30+ minutes each week (45 minutes if you are on the monthly plan). However, your coach will usually have you working on a plan of action and will cover certain details relating to the plan.
